Facilitation practice
I was the certified MBTI assessor, who has knowledge of people’s personality and thinking preference. I respected people's difference and tried in my workshop to create mutual learning mental model during the process. And I studied OD theory and use diagnostic tool such as six box model by Weisbord, 7S model by McKinsey, which helped the group to diagnosis team's problems by themselves. I also appreciate the system dynamic by Barry Oshry when helping my clients’ transformation from top-middle-low level and customer’s angle.
For facilitation I studied many tool from ICA such as ORID, Consensus workshop method, PSP, Open space technology systematically. And also familiar with many other tools such as me-we-us, Idealouge, World cafe, Force Field Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, etc. Tools for small size and large size group and tools for one topic discussion and many topics discussion. IAF’s knowledge centre is really a wonderful resources. And these two year I found the new information such as system thinking, the balancing loop and reinforcing loop to help the organization to build up an overall system thinking mindset. As a facilitator, I really appreciate the life learning attitude.
