Facilitation practice
I work with a diverse group of clients across public, private and non profit sector. As a former Speech and Language Therapist I bring a strong focus on enabling effective communication to my facilitation practice. I facilitate team away days, events and workshops and use a variety of tools and techniques to make my sessions as creative and vibrant as possible. I do a lot of work around team purpose, values and visions, creating action plans and setting goals, building consensus and solving problems.
