These members-only sessions are dedicated to new members: creating connections within the IAF community, know about the great things that are happening in the community globally, and learn about the IAF benefits.

However, any member is invited to participate and contribute with their insights about their experience as members.

As you register, you’ll be invited to answer a survey so that we get to know each other (a bit) better and align our session to your needs.

Has facilitation become too conventional or are we simply not seeing all the wonderful ways we are breaking conventions? In this session, we will explore the role conventions play in facilitation and how they impact our practice. In this members-only session, we will play with new ideas and provocative concepts and explore a walk outside our comfort zone. Finally, we will play a little bit with how we can take some of the insights with us into our daily practices.
